The refer a friend program gives both the existing member and their referred friend $10 in membership credit when the new member joins. The referral link is located inside the iCORE Method app under the Account tab. Members can share their personal referral link via text, email, or social media. Credits can be stacked to reduce the cost of monthly, quarterly, or annual iCORE Method app subscriptions. iCORE Method combines pelvic floor training, fascial release, and nervous system regulation in 15 to 20 minute sessions designed for women in perimenopause, postmenopause, and anyone dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, or core instability.
