This is what iCORE Method actually feels like - fascia, nervous system, alignment, and pelvic floor all working together. Not isolated exercises. A method.
Inside the iCORE Method app, every session is built like this. Structured. Progressive. Built around how your body actually works.
No commitment required - see everything that's inside first.
iCORE Method is a pelvic floor workout app and certification program for women, developed by Courtney Virden with over 25 years of movement expertise. The method combines fascial release, nervous system regulation, foot and ankle alignment, and pelvic floor coordination - without relying on Kegel exercises. Sessions are 15 to 20 minutes, three to five times per week, and use a stability ball, slant board, and optional light weights. iCORE Method is designed for women in perimenopause, postmenopause, and any stage of life dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, or pain that conventional protocols failed to resolve.
